“Christian Life Coaching is the art and practice of guiding a person from where they are toward the discovery of God’s vision for their life, and helping them learn to live accordingly. It is the collaborative process of determining direction and designing strategies to creatively move toward a passionately desired destination."

DREAM

"We can only do what we first imagine." - Jim Case

Dream-
Imagine how God wants to use your unique design

Oswald Chambers claimed that God’s greatest gift to man (after Himself- Father, Son and Spirit) is imagination. I agree. God longs to reveal His calling and plans for our lives- as He reigns supreme in us, but He desires to do so in partnership with us as we envision the possibilities of how we are moved to express who He has made us to be. He wants us to dream about how our unique design could be freely and creatively lived ‘out of the box’, without conforming to the external expectations of others in our sphere of influence, the church or society. We are called to embrace the deepest desires of our heart since, as new creations in Christ, they are of the Spirit, meant for the love of God and others, and not essentially selfish.
Dreams that flow out of a surrendered knowledge of one’s unique place in the Body of Christ lead to a passionate life of adventure and meaning. We need to be fierce in dreaming, imagining how we can pursue and act upon them! We must live imaginatively in faith, hope and love! We will be free to express ourselves in new ways and experiment with new things.  We won’t be afraid to try and fail, instead we will play with life and learn, give, and grow in the adventure ahead.
Keep your eyes on Jesus, who both began and finished this race we’re in.  Study how he did it.  Because he never lost sight of where he was headed-that exhilarating finish in and
with God-he could put up with anything along the way. Heb.12: 1-3 (The Message)

The place God calls you is the place where your deep gladness and the world’s deep hunger meet. Frederick Buechner
Is the life you are inviting others to live the life you are living? Do you allow yourself to dream imaginatively out of an understood awareness of what God has placed in your heart, or simply conform to the visible limitations and restrictions of your ‘common sense’ world?
